This is an early twentieth view of Hollis Hills as it was being first developed. It is a part of Queens Village, bounded by Springfield Boulevard, Grand Central Parkway, Hollis Hills Terrace and Kingsbury Avenue. It has since become an affluent, predominately African American community with a medium income in excess of $70,000 and homes that go for $1.5 million.
