Police said that they are searching for a purse snatcher who swiped more than $600 worth of property from a woman in a Flushing laundromat.
The 33-year-old victim was inside the laundromat, located at 43-78 162nd St., on Oct. 3 at approximately 8:45 a.m. She left her pursed unattended when the suspect grabbed it and left the laundromat, fleeing in an unknown direction.
The purse and its contents have an estimated value of $625.
The suspect is described as an Asian man between the ages of 20 and 30 years. He was last seen wearing black-framed glasses, a blue long sleeved shirt and gray jeans.
