Real estate company Tishman Speyer—which currently operates JACX, a commercial development with two 26-story buildings—unveiled its amenities and design for the new Jackson Park, a trio of high-rise luxury rental towers that overlook a private park in Long Island City.
The buildings—which are 42, 44 and 53 stories high—contain more than 1,800 apartments, all of which feature Skydeck amenities, such as an outdoor roof terrace, party room, lounge and children’s playrooms.
In addition to the buildings, Jackson Park created a stand-alone five-story 45,000-square-foot amenity club house, which will connect to all three of the buildings and offer private dining, a game area, tech bar, outdoor patio, lounge area, fitness studio, spa, 75-foot indoor lap pool and athletic courts.
“At Jackson Park, we sought to partner with design and lifestyle tastemakers who could strongly execute Tishman Speyer’s vision for the site and ensure Jackson Park becomes Long Island City’s most coveted residential address,” said Rob Speyer, CEO of Tishman Speyer.
With move-ins slated to begin in January, the leasing office, located at 28-16 Jackson Ave., is now open and accepting appointments.
