Street Co-Naming

    Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley and Pastor Witold Mroziewski unveiled Pope John Paul II Way on Sunday afternoon. It was named after Pope John Paul II who was the cardinal archbishop of Krakow in Poland. The street is in front of the Holy Cross Church in Maspeth, the second oldest Polish parish in Queens.
