ATTEMPTED BANK ROBBERY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect wanted in an attempted bank robbery in St. Albans.
It was reported to the police that on Friday, June, 24 at 9:28 a.m., the individual entered the Carver Federal Savings bank located at 115-02 Merrick Boulevard and passed a note to the teller demanding money. The individual then left the location without any money in an unknown direction.
The individual is approximately 45 years old black man, five feet, eight inches tall, 200 lbs., dark complexion, last seen wearing a black baseball hat, blue jeans and a blue shirt.
