Unlawful Surveillance – The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in videos and photographs in connection to an unlawful surveillance incident that occurred on Tuesday, July 26.
It was reported to police that around 5:05 p.m., inside of the 74 Street and Roosevelt Avenue “E” train station in Jackson Heights, a 29-year-old female victim bumped into the suspect as she walked up the stairs. When the suspect walked away from the victim, a passerby informed her that the suspect used his cell phone to record under her skirt. The victim chased after the suspect but he fled the station in an unknown direction.
The individual is described as a Hispanic male between 40 and 50 years old, five feet, seven inches in height, medium build; last seen wearing a dark colored striped shirt, dark colored jean shorts, black sneakers and he had on a black backpack.
