Police said that they are searching for an individual wanted in connection with an assault on Oct. 29 on a subway train that was stopped in Woodhaven.
Around 12:50 p.m., the suspect approached a 26-year-old man onboard a Queens-bound F train that was stopped at the Woodhaven Boulevard subway station. The individual struck the victim with his fist and a blunt object. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital for a laceration to his forehead.
The suspect is described as a five-foot to five-foot-five-inch black man who is believed to be 50 to 55 years old.
