108th Pct.: City Employee Arrested & Burglary

CITY EMPLOYEE ARRESTED – At 7:10 a.m. on Feb. 3, police arrested Albert Robles, 37, an off-duty NYPD officer, and charged him with DWI.

BURGLARY – The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance locating the following suspect wanted for a burglary.

At 6 p.m. on Jan. 30, in the vicinity of 50th Street and 43rd Avenue, a suspect approached a 65-year-old female as she was entering her apartment. Once inside, he threw her to the ground, punching her in the head. The victim sustained bruising and swelling to her lip. The suspect fled on foot without taking any property.

The suspect is described as a white male with light-colored hair, approximately 50-60 years old and weighing 170-190 lbs. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, dark clothing and white sneakers.
